Allergy Tip of the Day: High Winds

Stay indoors on high wind days. Tree, grass, and weed pollen are transported by the wind. These pollen can travel hundreds of miles in the right conditions. However, generally, they remain local. Urban areas can have as much pollen reported as rural areas depending which way the wind blows.
