Allergy Tip of the Day: Allergic Disease

Pollen Forecast: Tree pollen will continue to be high throughout the rest of the day but fall back to the moderate category Wednesday with the cooler, wetter weather. Grasses will remain absent. Weeds could remain low, but I expect they will be absent. Molds will remain low but are increasing.

Did You Know?: Allergic Disease can develop at any age, and heredity plays a key role in who will develop it. If one parent has allergic disease, the estimated risk of the child to develop allergies is 48%, and the child’s risk grows to 70% if both parents have allergies.
