Allergy Tip of the Day: Healthy Tips

Pollen Forecast: Trees are only high because of pine pollen. All other tree types are low. Grasses reached moderate levels, however this time of year, it is common for them to fluctuate between low and moderate since it is still early in the season. Weeds continue to be low. Molds also reached the moderate category thanks in part to the increased rain and warmer temperatures.

Did You Know?: Healthy Tips
Keep your home clean and dry. Focus on sites where allergens accumulate – bedding, carpet and upholstered furniture. Weekly vacuuming can help. Use a vacuum with a HEPA filter or double bags. Keep humidity low by using an air conditioner or dehumidifier. Fix leaks to avoid mold, and clean or remove moldy materials promptly. Avoid pests by keeping food in sealed containers and using covered garbage cans.
