Clinical Trials Opportunities
Asthma and Allergy Associates is currently enrolling a number of clinical trials for various conditions. We have more than 40 years of experience helping to get important medications approved, so that patients everywhere have more treatment options. Compensation for time and travel may be provided. You don’t have to be an active clinic patient in order to participate.
Our Clinical Research Center at Asthma & Allergy Associates conducts Phase 2, 3, and 4 studies which are required by the FDA in order to show the safety and effectiveness of new or changing medications. We are involved with studies for some medications which have already been approved by the FDA and are on the market already. Sometimes these medications are being tested for generic approval (to improve the affordability of the drug), and sometimes these medications are being assessed to see whether they are effective treatments for conditions other than what they are already approved to treat. We are also involved with cutting-edge medications not yet approved for prescription.
If you have, or a family member or friend has, asthma, eczema, chronic hives, peanut allergies, chronic sinusitis, COPD, acquired or hereditary angioedema, cat allergy, or Celiac disease, and you are interested in finding out about Research studies, please call or email Department Head Liz Wilson, RN, BA at 719-473-8330 x6 / . We have numerous ongoing studies in Colorado Springs, which are designed for a wide variety of age ranges.
